I offer individual counselling sessions to adults and youth (age 16+). The session (50-minute) fee is $150. Extended sessions are available at an adjusted rate. Sessions are available in person or via online video platform.

I am registered both as a social worker (RSW) and as a clinical counsellor (RCC). Please check with your extended health care provider to confirm coverage for services with a Registered Clinical Counsellor and/or Registered Social Worker. Extended insurance plans are not billed directly however a receipt will be provided for you to submit for reimbursement.
I am an approved provider of the following programs: First Nations Health Authority (FNHA), Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP), ICBC, Agsafe, and Work BC. If you have any questions about whether you might be eligible for one of these programs, please reach out and we can explore this together. These programs are billed directly.
